i totally agree with you, i saw the first movie when it came out and i remember being soo excited about it, but then once i saw it i was pretty dissapointed. Stephanie Meyer just has an amazing way of putting an image in your mind. i have read new moon; but i have not gone to see the movie yet. but, i have heard that it is a lot better than the first so i hoping(:
I, being a lover of (almost) all things literary, did enjoy Twilight for a time. I always like the book better than the movie, although this time, after seeing Twilight as a movie after reading it as a book, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did the director of this movie follow through pretty closely with the plot line, he/she did an amazing job helping these young actors portray the characters they were supposed to be. Kristen Stewart didn't act like Bella Swan. She WAS Bella. She and Robert make an amazing, breathtaking pair, and I wish them both luck in their current relationship.

I still say that Twilight is terrible.
